MIke Ingster, Founder and President

Mike founded QLS in 2011 to bring best of class IP, Tools and Services to the semiconductor industry.  Mike has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.  Prior to founding QLS, Mike held senior management positions at SmartPlay, Magma and LSI.

Doug Laird, Advisor

Doug is a serial entrepreneur and passionate technologist.  Doug was a co-founder of Transmeta, CEO of CSwitch and has been an entrepreneur in residence at Charles River Ventures.  

Gerry Desmond, VP Business Development, East Region

Gerry has over 30 years of experience in the tech industry. Prior to joining QLS Gerry held executinve leadership roles at Metrics Design Automation, XtremeEDA, Calypto and Bluespec.

Mike is a sales veteran who started his career at LSI Logic as an Area Sales Manager.  Mike has held senior account management roles at Nexus, Cadence and Pinpoint, a Global Foundries Parnter.

Al has over 25 years in sales and sales management, with significant experience in ASIC, Processor, IP and Foundry sales. Prior to joining QLS Al held sales positions at TI, Intel, NXP, ARM, Magma and LFoundry.

Gino Skulick, Senior Executive Sales Representative Southwest Region

Gino has over 35 years of technical sales experience in the Bay Area. Prior to joining QLS Gino was President and CEO of Aspen Technologies, VP of WW Sales for eSilicon and Cadence, and was VP of Marketing and Business Developmnet at Micron. Gino now resides in southern California and will service customers in the Southwest Region.
